Protein and Pre workout

As I mentioned before, I have started to go to the gym much more. Also my workout routines have changed from more cardio into more muscle workouts. I want to tone up and develop my muscles more rather than just getting leaner. Thus I have made an investment into some Pre workout powder and Protein, both from Mutant.

The Mutant Whey and Mutant Mayhem have both reached all of my expectations and although I havent taken them for long, I can say that I already feel the difference.

Another must have was a shaker cup of course and luckily found a great one which has 3 different compartments (for your shake, powder and pills).

Thirdly, I bought some flaxseed powder which contains vitamin D and is high on Fibre which I add to morning yogurt or porridge.

a sporty one

Ive always been into sports. Played football, basketball, volleyball, you name it! The healthy lifestyle has continued throughout the years and I am glad that it has become a daily routine for me. Recently however due to a knee injury I am just working out in the gym and laying off the competitive sports. Now my new obsession is working on my figure to tone up and get some muscle.

This addiction to working out now has also motivated me to buy a new pair of gym gear. Nike Pro Leggings. They are heavenly. SO comfortable, and sit so well, I had to make a post about them. Also this blog is about healthy living so thought that for a change I would post something about that.
