Shoes on my mind...

Lets start things off with saying I love shoes... That is quite a common phrase amongst women though so its nothing new really. In my case however it might be quite surprising with the range of shoes that Ive got. This is just the collection I have here with me in Scotland... (almost all... a few pairs are not photographed here)

Its a Nike world out there...

Oh how I adore nike. Their shoes, their clothes, their bags, their everything. Its definitely a good thing that sports shoes came into fashion and looks like they are here to stay, at least for now. Even if they weren't IN, I'd still wear them. Too comfortable. My collection also includes some football boots and basketball trainers.

Cold, cold, cold...

For those sad, rainy/snowy, cold, miserable, grey days. Ah these 2 are my favorite. Timberlands, so good for every season, just top them off with some woolly socks for winter and thin socks for spring, anything goes. My other new favorites, although haven't had a chance to wear them in Scotland, yet. Nokian Kuura boots (find them here) also available in black, perfect for the city as they are not your common wellies.

Dress me up

Some black basics. Heels. These 3 pairs have made it with me to Scotland, simple yet effective when trying to dress up a little bit more fancy.

From left to right, Primark, Bianco, ZARA

Shhhh its just a pair of shoes

Sneakerssss. Favorite brands include Converse and Vans. Everyone should own at least the white original converse, honestly. In my case I own 2 pairs in white, one is leather. Vans is another one, they do plenty of printed sneakers which I love, my prints are polka dots, and then just plain ones. I dress a lot in black, but a lot of my shoes are colorful... or white.

An old favorite.

Last but not least. Ballerinas, aka flats, aka summer shoes. Cannot really wear these in Glasgow as the weather changes in a day about 5 times. However sometimes nice to wear out, or risk it and make a whole day out with them without wetting your feet. I used to wear flats alllll the time, and well my style has changed in many ways to say the least, so these shoes are worn on only some occasions... Oddly enough these 3 pairs all come from ZARA, which I do find good for ballerinas. Fair price and quality.
